I have worked with and see clients of all ages, from young children to those in older stages of life. Due to my license, I am unable to see clients outside of California. Clients must be in California at the time of session.

I offer both! I am generally in office Tuesday-Friday. I can sometimes offer sessions on some Mondays.

Most clients start with therapy once a week. On occasion, a client may start out once every other week (bi-weekly). Generally, it is recommended for a client to be weekly, particularly at the start of treatment.

This depends purely on your needs! As a client makes progress and requires less support, many weekly clients will titrate down to every other week or monthly. Eventually, we may terminate therapy. I am a firm believer in flying the coop when it’s time and seasons of therapy (aka not necessarily being in therapy 5ever if you do not want to be).

Some clients stay on for just a few months and leave after they get what they need. Some clients stay for years and get support through all of life’s changes and transitions. It truly varies from client to client!

A common misconception is that therapists are advice givers. I do not tell you what to do; instead, I take my time getting to know you, your world, and your values. Together, we will make the changes you seek. I truly believe therapy is collaborative — I am the “expert” in my field, but you are the expert in your life. I will work with you towards attaining your goals. I pride myself in offering a safe space that feels casual yet professional and fun yet requires hard work at the same time. We will do great work together!

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice if a session is cancelled or rescheduled. If I am notified less than 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to the full session fee.

Please note: I am sometimes able to offer flexibility due to emergencies, sickness, etc.
